2013 Texas Bluebonnet Award

The 2013 Texas Bluebonnet Award went to Postcards from Camp by Simms Taback. The Texas Library Association program asks students in grades three through six to read from a master list and then vote for a favorite, and the book with the most votes statewide wins. The 2012–2013 list held 20 titles, including Aliens on Vacation, Benjamin Franklinstein Lives! and Clever Jack Takes the Cake. Every book on the list is counted as a Bluebonnet nominee for that year, and this page gathers the winner together with the rest of the list.
