Affiliate Disclosure
We may earn a commission when you buy through links on this site. It never affects which books we recommend.
How the links work
Book pages, lists and some articles include buttons such as "Buy on Amazon". Each button names the bookseller it leads to. If you follow one and make a purchase, the bookseller may pay us a small commission. You pay the same price either way.
These links pass through an address on our own site that begins with /go/ before sending you to the bookseller. We use it to count how many times a link is followed, which tells us what readers find useful. We record that a link was followed, not what you go on to buy. Our privacy policy lists exactly what is recorded.
Programs we take part in
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
We may add other booksellers over time. This page will list them when we do.
What this does not change
- A book cannot pay to be included on this site, on a list or in an article.
- We do not order books by how much commission they earn. Default ordering is based on verified award recognition and reader interest.
- We do not show prices, availability or star ratings from booksellers.
- Links in our emails go to pages on this site, not directly to booksellers.
Our editorial standards describe how books are chosen.
Advertising
Some pages also show advertising, always labelled "Advertisement". Advertisers do not choose or review our content. Our privacy policy explains how advertising uses cookies and how to change your choices.
