2007 Texas Bluebonnet Award

The 2007 Texas Bluebonnet Award went to Ghost Fever/Mal de Fantasma by Joe Hayes. The Texas Library Association program asks students in grades three through six to read from a master list and then vote for a favorite, and the book with the most votes statewide wins. The 2006–2007 list held 20 titles, including The Big House, Each Little Bird That Sings and Encyclopedia Prehistorica. Every book on the list is counted as a Bluebonnet nominee for that year, and this page gathers the winner together with the rest of the list.
