Legendarios: Wrath of the Rain God

Nine-year-old twins Emma and Martín love stories, but they never expected to fall into one. When they find themselves inside a book of legends, they discover that a powerful rain god is angry and a great flood threatens to wash everything away. To find their way home, the twins must work together, keep their wits about them and figure out how to calm the storm before it is too late. Karla Arenas Valenti's illustrated chapter book, with pictures by Vanessa Morales, opens the Legendarios series, which draws young readers into adventures inspired by Latin American myths and legends.
